Very large and beautiful terracotta sculpture by Mathurin MOREAU (1822-1912), depicting "Le Printemp "s". The young woman with beautiful hair is seated on a rock, shielding herself from view or the wind with a drape that partially reveals her nudity. She holds a bouquet of flowers in her hand. The terracotta is signed at the base of the rock and noted "hors concours". Circa: 1900
