Hexagonal tripod incense burner or perfume burner in Satsuma porcelain, richly decorated in polychrome and gold enamels, with haloed figures of masters gathered around a child, their pupil, on one side, and a family gathered in the middle of a bamboo forest on the other. The lid is made of openwork metal. Satsuma mark under the object.
