Large Empire-period Paris porcelain coffee pot decorated with antique-style figures and large gold palmettes on a midnight-blue ground. The neck and base are adorned with a frieze of leafy posts and a frieze of grecques. The handle is entirely gilded and rests on a satyr's head. XIX° period, Circa: 1800 Dim: W:16cm, D:14cm, H:28cm. In very good condition, with very slight loss of gold. A crack under the base, hardly visible.
